The license fee shall be as set out in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule). All licenses shall expire on December 31 following the date of issuance and no license shall be issued hereunder except for the full license period and for the full license fee. Licenses shall not be transferable but shall be renewable under the same terms and conditions as required for the original issuance.
