709.04 INSPECTION OF PET SHOPS

Pet shops can be inspected by Health and/or Building Department inspectors and/or animal warden at any time and the pet license can be revoked at any time if the facility is not being maintained in a sanitary manner and humane manner as detailed in Section 709.03. The pet shop shall have 24 hours to bring the pet store into compliance before the license is revoked.
