(a) The applicant must fill out an application with the Director of Public Safety and receive a license prior to having any pet animals occupy the premises.
(b) The applicant shall pay a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per license, which fee shall be paid at the time the application is submitted.
(c) Each license issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed by making application as provided in this section.
(d) A pet shop must be in compliance with all requirements listed in Section 709.03 before being granted a license and/or a renewal of said license.
