Every person residing within the City who has been convicted two or more times in any court of any crime set forth in Section 656.02 shall, within twenty-four hours from and after the effective date of this chapter, furnish to the Bureau of Identification, in a written statement signed by such person, all of the information required to be furnished under the provisions of the preceding sections of this chapter, together with the occupation or employment in which such person is now engaged, the name of the employer, the business engaged in by such employer and the nature and character thereof.
