626.09 PROHIBITED ACTS.

No person shall knowingly give any false verification of ownership or any false or altered identification, including but not limited to name, telephone number, place of residence, and other identifying information, to any junk dealer, pawnbroker, or secondhand dealer for articles pledged, deposited, and sold.
