626.05 ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS.

It shall be unlawful for any junk dealer, pawnbroker, or secondhand dealer to accept delivery of any secondhand or used item(s) or merchandise between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
