626.04 DAILY LIST OF PURCHASES TO BE FURNISHED TO LEADSONLINE.

All junk dealers, pawnbrokers, and secondhand dealers shall furnish a list of every article taken in pawn or bought by such dealers the previous day by uploading such list daily to the LeadsOnline program or a similar program via a secure internet connection.
