Upon adjudication by the courts that any apparatus, books, tickets, tokens, tables, machines, instruments or devices were so kept, used, maintained, or intended for the purpose of gambling in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of State law, the court shall forthwith order the destruction of all such property by the Division of Police.
