619.08   PERMIT APPLICATION; CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE.
   (a)   The application for a temporary permit for blasting operations shall contain the same information as is required by Section 672.07(b).
   (b)   Upon investigation, the Director of Public Safety shall issue a temporary permit only if all of the provisions of Section 672.07(c) apply.
