(a) No person shall take any alcoholic beverage into or upon any City property, park or public building in the City, excluding special events at the Parma Senior Center. All of the following must be obtained for a special event at the Parma Senior Center:
(1) Permission from the Director of Public Service.
(2) Liquor Function Permits from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control.
(3) Insurance coverage in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the event.
(b) No person shall bring, sell, give away or drink any alcoholic beverage upon any street, avenue, public highway or public grounds within the City, unless otherwise authorized by law.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
