612.11   DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (a)   Any person operating under a D Permit shall prevent any rowdyism at his place of business. (Ord. 130-33. Passed 6-19-33.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
