(a) No person operating under a C Permit or a D Permit shall erect, hand or place a curtain or other division in any place of business where beer is sold or consumed which obstructs the view of persons passing by it or any such place of business.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
