612.09 SALE TO FIREMEN OR POLICEMEN ON DUTY.

(a) No person shall sell, give or deliver any alcoholic beverage to any member of the Police or Fire Division who is in uniform, or in civilian dress while on duty.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
