335.075 DRIVING UNDER A 12 OR MORE POINT SUSPENSION.

(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon any public road when the operator's, driver's or commercial driver's license or permit or nonresidential operating privileges are suspended as a repeat offender under Ohio R.C. 4510.037.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
