333.08 SPEED IN CLEVELAND METROPOLITAN PARK; AUTHORITY TO INVESTIGATE ACCIDENTS.

(a) No person shall drive or propel or cause to be driven or be propelled along or over any road, parkway or drive within Cleveland Metropolitan Park within the Municipality, any vehicle at a greater rate of speed than thirty miles per hour.

(b) The Parma Division of Police shall have authority to investigate vehicular accidents on the driveways, roads and parkways within Cleveland Metropolitan Park.
