303.09 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO DESIGNATE IMPOUNDING GARAGES.

The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized and directed to designate a list of garages for the purpose of Section 303.08. The list shall be posted and available to all members of the Division of Police.
