189.04 APPOINTMENTS TO COUNTY TAX INCENTIVE REVIEW COUNCIL.

The Mayor shall appoint, with the concurrence of Council, two members of the Tax Incentive Review Council to be established by the County pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5709.85.
