Council hereby establishes a negotiating committee comprised of the Mayor, the Law Director and the Director of Public Service, to be known as the Enterprise Zone Committee. The Enterprise Zone Committee shall review and negotiate the terms of all proposed agreements received from enterprises (as defined in Ohio R.C. 5709.61) located within the enterprise zone and subject to the approval of Council and the County. The Committee shall make recommendations (which shall include proposed agreements and any project analysis) to Council, for its consideration.
