187.01 LEVY OF TAX; RATE.

Pursuant to authority granted by Ohio R.C. 4504.172, there is hereby levied and imposed an annual license tax of five dollars ($5.00) on all motor vehicles, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(B), for which the City is the district of registration.
