(a) Dishonored Checks. Whenever a fee is paid by the tendering of a check, and the check is subsequently dishonored for any reason, whoever fails, upon notice from the Administrator, to discharge such fee by payment or satisfaction within ten days after receipt of such notice, shall be charged a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) by the Administrator.
(b) Stop-Payment and Other Bank Fees. Whenever a stop-payment fee or any other type of bank fee is tendered to the City on behalf of a person for any reason, the Treasurer shall charge such person the amount of said fee.
