   The following licenses or permits are the responsibility of the Director of Public Service who may delegate his authority by a written letter to the person so designated.
 
(a)   Streets and Public Services Code. For failure to obtain permit prior to work commencing, an administrative penalty of $150.00 is to be paid.

A “senior” is defined as an individual that is 60 years of age or older.

To remain economically competitive to other golf courses, the Director of Public Service, Parks and Recreation Director, and Golf Course Manager collectively are able to use discretion which will include but is not limited to adjusting weekday and weekend rates; adding early bird specials; special league rates; late morning and early afternoon rates; online tee times discounts (i.e. golf now.com); and offering manager specials on golf and cart rates.
   No high school golf team member shall be charged green fees to compete in interscholastic competition upon Ridgewood Golf Course, if such team member competes for or against a high school located within the geographic boundaries of the Parma City School District. No employee or their supervisors of the Ridgewood Golf Course shall be charged green fees for play.
