No high school golf team member shall be charged green fees to compete in interscholastic competition upon Ridgewood Golf Course, if such team member competes for or against a high school located within the geographic boundaries of the Parma City School District. Signs pertaining to alcohol/non-alcohol or alcohol substitute products, tobacco products, taverns/bars and illegal substances are prohibited. All signs advertised in the locations mentioned in paragraphs A. and B. above will be at the approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation and or Director of Public Service.
