183.99   PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 183.63 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.
   In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the City who violates Section 183.63 relative to the disclosure of confidential information shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
   (c)   All prosecutions for an offense made punishable under this chapter shall be commenced within three years after the commission of the offense, provided that in the case of fraud, failure to file a return, or the omission of twenty-five percent or more of income required to be reported, prosecutions may be commenced within six years after the commission of the offense.

   (d)   Whoever violates Section 183.71 shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a first offense, not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for a second offense and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a third or subsequent offense.
