(a) The Auditor of the City is hereby authorized to establish and maintain Fund No. 2122; the "Juvenile Diversion Program Fund".
(b) The funds collected from grant monies and other sources and deposited into Fund No. 2122 shall be used for compensation for prosecutors and bailiffs, program administrative costs and other related expenditures.
(c) The Auditor of the City is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Auditor of State and to request approval of the establishment of such Fund.
