179.04 JUSTICE CENTER FUND.

   (a)   The Auditor of the City is hereby authorized to establish and maintain Fund No. 4715, the "Justice Center Fund."

   (b)   The funds placed into Fund No. 4715, the "Justice Center Fund," shall be for expenditures for the construction of the City's Municipal Court and Police Station, with ancillary jail, and the Justice Center, and for related expenses.
