(a) There is hereby established in and for the City a Data Processing Review Board which shall consist of the following members:
(1) The Mayor;
(2) The Law Director;
(3) The Auditor;
(4) The Treasurer;
(5) The Data Processing Manager;
(6) The Clerk of the Municipal Court;
(7) The Director of Personnel and Purchasing; and
(8) The Clerk of Council.
(b) The Mayor shall be the Chairperson of the Board, and he or she shall preside at all meetings.
