Whoever maintains, or is employed by a person who maintains, a personal information system, and purposely refuses to comply with or violates any of the provisions of Section 175.07, 175.08, 175.10, 175.11(a), (b) or (c) or 175.12(a), (b) or (d) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
