(a) Whenever a City Administrator establishes a new personal information system or substantially enlarges a prior existing one, he shall complete a Notice of Personal Information System and forward it to the office of the Mayor.
(b) The Mayor shall keep a record of all Notices received pursuant to subsection (a) hereof and shall submit each to the Ohio Privacy Board.
