(a) Notwithstanding any prior ordinances regarding employee benefits, all full-time, nonunion employees of the City shall receive the same fringe benefits, with the exception of healthcare, provided to those union employees under any existing or future collective bargaining agreements entered into by the City and AFSCME Local 3924.
(b) Notwithstanding any prior ordinances regarding employee benefits, all full-time corrections officers, Class I, of the City shall receive the same fringe benefits, with the exception of healthcare, provided to those union employees under any existing or future collective bargaining agreements entered into by the City and Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association (corrections officers).
