(a) The Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program is hereby adopted and all eligible employees of the City are hereby extended the opportunity to join the Program.

(b) The plan entitled "The City of Parma Deferred Compensation Plan" is hereby adopted so that all eligible officers and employees may contract with the City to defer part of their compensation in accordance with such Plan, thereby reducing gross taxable income for income tax purposes.
