173.22 DISCIPLINARY SUSPENSIONS.

Whenever any City employee, including personnel within rank in the Divisions of Police and Fire, has been suspended without pay for disciplinary reasons, the term of the suspension shall be considered as an ordinary layoff without pay for all other purposes, including the computation of vacation leave and any entitlement to longevity benefits.
