170.07 ANNUAL REPORT.

The Domestic Abuse Council shall report to the City Council on its progress each year and shall indicate proposed accomplishments for the following year. Should the Domestic Abuse Council conclude that there is no further work for it, the Domestic Abuse Council shall report to the City Council and request that it be disbanded.
