158.01 COMPOSITION OF DIVISION.

The Division of Litter Prevention and Recycling, within the Department of Public Service, shall consist of a Recycling Manager, a Recycling Supervisor and such other employees as Council may from time to time designate and as are set forth in the annual salary ordinances.
