135.08   MONTHLY FINANCIAL SUMMARY REPORTS TO COUNCIL.
   The Auditor shall forward to Council, at the end of each month, a financial statement of all revenues, expenditures and balances of the City's funds.
   If any potential problem is identified, the Auditor shall make general recommendations along with the monthly report.
