133.02 BOARD OF CONTROL; MODIFICATION OF CONTRACTS.

The Board of Control shall be authorized to make contract modifications as provided in Ohio R.C. 735.07, when the modification or modifications, in the aggregate, is a twenty-five percent or less increase of the original contract.
