(a) The Clerk of Council shall forward copies of lawsuit proceedings relative to legislation as requested by a public agency and shall include a statement of costs covering photocopying at ten cents (10¢) per page, postage and costs for any other materials used in the process of providing the requested material.
(b) All recovered costs shall be credited by the Treasurer and Auditor to the General Fund.
