(a) There is hereby established the following schedule of prices for the Codified Ordinances of the City of Parma:
(1) Codified Ordinances of the City of Parma, including binder $130.00 per copy
(2) Codified Ordinances of the City of Parma, without binder 95.00 per copy
(3) Administrative Code only, paper bound 16.50 per copy
(4) Building Code only, paper bound 16.50 per copy
(5) Business Regulation Code only, paper bound 16.50 per copy
(6) Fire Prevention Code only, paper bound 5.50 per copy
(7) Property Maintenance Code only, paper bound 5.50 per copy
(8) Planning and Zoning Code only, paper bound 16.50per copy
(9) Streets and Public Services Code only, paper bound 16.50 per copy
(10) Each annual supplement to the Codified Ordinances reflecting amendments thereto (entire book) 16.50 per set
(11) Each annual supplement for portions of the Codified Ordinances reflecting amendments thereto (parts) 5.50 per set

(b) The fee for the services of a secretary in the Council Office for all persons, other than authorized City personnel and other officials receiving approval of the Clerk of Council, desiring to replay tapes of any regular and/or special meeting of Council, shall be five dollars ($5.00) per hour.
(c) Copies of all newly proposed ordinances shall be given, gratis, to all newspaper representatives upon request. Following the approval and effective date of any proposed legislation, civic and improvement groups (upon written authorization from the duly elected officials of such group to a designated representative of the same), all newspaper reporters and leaders of the City and various wards of the Democratic and Republican parties shall receive copies gratis.
(d) The fee for copies of legislation and/or duplicated copies of City public records, as defined in Ohio R.C. 149.43, for all other individuals, groups or organizations, shall be five cents (5¢) per sheet, plus the cost of any applicable postage.
(e) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to exchange, at no charge, various codes, parts of codes, ordinances and resolutions, with any other municipal legislative or administrative body in the State and the United States. When such exchanges are made, the copies received from other municipalities shall be and remain a part of a permanent library in the Council Office of the City.
(f) The Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to make a charge of five cents (5¢) per sheet, plus the cost of any applicable postage, for duplicated copies of City public records, as defined in Ohio R.C. 149.43.
(g) The Clerk of Council and/or the Auditor shall prepare a purchase order for any citizen requesting any of the above named component codes of the Codified Ordinances of the City and/or any duplicate copy of any City record and/or document. Such purchase order shall include the name and address of the purchaser, a clear definition of the particular component code and/or duplicate copy of any City record or other document purchased and the price thereof. The Clerk of Council and/or the Auditor shall deliver the proper code and/or the requested duplicate copy and/or copies of any City record and/or other document or documents to the purchaser, along with the receipted original of the purchase order, and retain the carbon copy for his or her files.
(h) Proceeds from the sale of any of the aforementioned copies of the Codified Ordinances, City records and/or other documents shall be credited by the Treasurer and the Auditor to the General Fund.
