(a) There is hereby established a price of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for an unbound copy of the Zoning Map of the City, or five dollars ($5.00) per page.

(b) The Clerk of Council shall prepare a purchase order for any citizen requesting an unbound copy of the Zoning Map of the City. Such purchase order shall include the name and address of the purchaser, a clear definition of the article purchased and the price thereof. The Clerk of Council shall deliver the unbound Zoning Map to the purchaser, along with the receipted original of the purchase order, and retain the carbon copy for his or her files.

(c) Proceeds from the sale of such Zoning Maps shall be credited by the Treasurer and the Auditor to the General Fund.
