As used in this chapter, unless otherwise expressly provided or the content otherwise requires:
(a) "Public body" means Council and any board, commission, committee or similar decision making body of the City.
(b) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of a public body by a majority of its members. (Ord. 1-76. Passed 2-16-76.)
