105.11 EFFECTIVE DATES.

The subdivision of the City of Parma into nine wards, as provided for in Sections 105.01 to 105.10 , inclusive, shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 2022, for elective purposes, and from and after January 1, 2024, for governmental purposes.
