103.02   OFFICIAL MUNICIPAL SLOGAN.
   Council hereby adopts as the official slogan of the City the following:
   "PARMA: PROGRESS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP"
   The entire Council heartily recommends the fullest practicable employment of the slogan on stationery, documents and other publications and correspondence prepared by City officials.
