§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Building Code.  A violation of §§ 150.01et seq. is a misdemeanor.  See M.S.§ 16B.69, as it may be amended from time to time, and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1300, as it may be amended from time to time.

   (B)   Uniform address plan.  Failure to comply with any section of §§ 150.15et seq. shall constitute a petty misdemeanor.
