(A) Dances. A violation of any provision of §§ 96.025et seq. shall be a misdemeanor under Minnesota law.

(B) Outdoor concerts/music events. A violation of any provision of §§ 96.045et seq. shall be a misdemeanor under Minnesota law.

(C) Parades. A violation of any provision of §§ 96.065et seq. shall be a misdemeanor under Minnesota law.

(D) Park regulations.
(1) Misdemeanor. A person guilty of violating any provision of §§ 96.090et seq. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(2) Ejection. Designated Park Rapids employees may, in conjunction with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this subchapter and eject from parks, persons acting in violation of this subchapter.
(3) Permit revocation. The City Administrator shall have the authority to revoke for good cause any permit or reservation issued by the city.
