§ 96.025  PURPOSE.
   The City Council finds that public dances can potentially pose crowd control and noise problems to city law enforcement officials and to the public at large.  In order to protect the health, safety and welfare of citizens, the City Council adopts this subchapter regulating public dances in the City of Park Rapids.
