For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of Park Rapids
PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant, or procession of any kind, or any similar display, in or upon any street, park or other public place in the city.
PARADE PERMIT. A permit as required by this subchapter.
PERSON. One or more natural persons; a partnership, including a limited partnership; a corporation, including foreign, domestic or nonprofit corporation; a trust or any other business organization
