A violation of this chapter or any of the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes referred to in § 112.01 by a duly authorized agent or employee of a license or permit holder shall constitute a violation of the license or permit, and whenever the holder of any license or permit under this chapter violates any portion of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the City Council may cancel or revoke such license.
