§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any owner, manager, operator, person, corporation, company, or licensee, who itself, or by his, her, or their agents or employees violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes referred to in § 112.01, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $100, besides the costs, or, in lieu of such fine, by imprisonment in jail not more than 50 days, and in case of punishment by fine, unless the fine and costs be paid forthwith, shall be commuted to the County Jail until paid or until discharged by due course of law, or such penalties by fine or imprisonment as may be provided for under the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes referred to in § 112.01; and in case of a second or subsequent conviction by the same persons during any year, the punishment shall be both by fine and imprisonment, and such conviction shall be cause for the revocation of any license issued to said person or persons by the city.
