The provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws as passed by the Kentucky General Assembly under KRS Title 20, and also all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, relating to the manufacture, sale, transportation, possession, or other disposition of spirituous, vinous, or malt liquors are adopted as a portion of this chapter insofar as applicable and except as otherwise lawfully provided for by this chapter or any city ordinance of the city.
