6-2-10: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1988 Code § 4-2-19; amd. 2004 Code)
