§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 52.01 of this code or Construction Standards for On-Site Sewerage Facilities as modified by the city’s Building Code Handbook shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 for each offense; and each and every day any such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation, or association violating any provision of § 52.02 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each violation; and each and every day that the provisions of that section are violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation, or association violating any provision of § 52.03 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount of $1,000 for each violation; and each and every day that the provisions of that section are violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
