(A) Short title. This section shall be known as the city’s “uniform construction standards for on-site sewerage facilities” and may be cited as such.
(B) Adoption of standards. The city hereby adopts the Construction Standards for On-Site Sewerage Facilities, as published as of January 1, 1989, by the State Department of Health, or as amended in the future and as modified by the city’s Building Code Handbook, § VII, as amended herein and attached to Ord. 320 as Exhibits A and B, respectively, and the same shall govern the construction and use of on-site sewerage facilities within the corporate limits and the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city.
